I discovered Glug recently, liked the concept , ordered a mixed dozen I chose. I was most impressed with 7 of the 12 which is not a bad average. I ordered more of some. The most expensive wine I chose was only $8.99. I had had a belief that Mataro was a lean, green and mean wine before trying Glug’s. I was bowled over as I was with their Grenache, a grape I have always thought under estimated.
I have dealt with David and his team by email and phone and found them wonderful. I don’t know about David not supplying you with samples. And no, I don’t receive any benefit from saying this about Glug although if David reads this endorsement he might throw me a bottle as thanks. I watch for the delivery man.
